Do you require payment before an account can be setup?
Yes, we do require payment in advance for account setup. We prefer payment by credit card, the advantage with paying by credit card is we can have your account setup shortly after our billing dept has processed your credit card information. Another advantage is that if you ever plan on upgrading your account all you would need to do is send us an email and we can have your plan upgraded ASAP!

Is your credit card payment form secure?
Yes! All credit card transactions are all done in a secure environment.

How can I pay my invoice using check or money order?

Can I pay using Cash?
Yes, you may pay using cash. However, for your safety, it is not recommended that you send cash via mail. Web Rhino cannot be held responsible for payments lost in the mail.

Can I pay by wire transfer?
Yes, we do accept payments via wire transfer. However, we require you to pay all bank fees. For wire transfer information, please email billing@hostingc.com

Do you accept payment via Western Union, PayPals, etc.?
Yes! To send a western union or paypal payment please contact our sales team for further instructions.

Can I receive a discount for paying in advance?
We offer discounts depending on the hosting term if paid in advance, 5% for 3 months, 8% for 6 months, 15% for 12 months. Discount is taken after order is placed.

How can I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account for FREE by contacting our sales team!

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Will you automatically charge my credit card when my site is next up for renewal?
Yes. If you do not cancel your web hosting account with Web Rhino we will automatically renew your account with the same term you signed up for.

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, please email our billing dept billing@webrhino.net
Or you may fax us your cancellation request with your signature and the last 4 digits of your credit card number that we have on file for your account. (661) 554-0108

If I upgrade or downgrade my account, are there any additional fees?
No! Just send us an email and we will upgrade or downgrade your account with no additional fee's.
